Which cities do you deliver to?+
We deliver to Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah. Bothell and Woodinville are available with a small delivery surcharge. Enter your ZIP on the order form to confirm.
What comes in one tiffin?+
Veg tiffins include one curry or sabzi, one dal, rice, two rotis, and salad. Non-veg tiffins swap in a chicken dish plus either dal or a veg side.
Can I order Jain or vegan meals?+
Yes. Jain and vegan preferences are selected up front during signup so the kitchen and route sheets stay clean.
How do weekly subscriptions work?+
Choose a 3-day or 5-day rhythm, tell us whether you want home or office delivery, and we slot you into the next week’s route after the Thursday 8 PM cutoff.
How do I order?+
Fill out the order form with your plan preference, ZIP, and dietary needs. We confirm your delivery slot and send you the week's menu directly.
When do deliveries happen?+
Launch deliveries are lunch-only, with route windows between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Dinner blocks come later if the lunch routes hold their margins.
How will you handle allergies?+
We collect allergy details during signup and confirm them again during onboarding. Cross-contact risks are called out clearly before any order is finalized.
